The maximum volumetric capacity for cooking is 3/4 of the total capacity of the item. Before using, remove any labels on the product, and then we recommend washing it. Always use a low heat source to prevent food from sticking to the bottom of the pan. The triple bottom distributes heat evenly, so high heat is not necessary. In addition, you save energy. When using the pan on a gas stove, the flame should not go above the base of the pan. If using an electric plate, the plate should have a diameter equal to or smaller than that of the pan. Do not heat food by placing a pan or any utensil of the same diameter on top of one another.

Always dissolve salt in boiling water or with the food, stirring the ingredients at the beginning of cooking. After washing, whenever possible, rinse the pan with hot water and dry it immediately to keep its original shine, as chlorine and other substances contained in water can stain the pan. In pans/lids that use screws as fastening systems, the screws may become loose over time. For safety reasons, we recommend that you tighten them again.
