Directions: 

To assess individual tolerance, refer to the table below. Take 2 capsules twice a day, 20 minutes prior to breakfast and again 20 minutes prior to lunch. Do not take within 5 hours of bedtime. Do not exceed 4 capsules within a 24 hour period.

Day 1 to 3: 1 capsule, twice a day.   |    Day 4 to beyond: 2 capsules, twice a day.
